Election Excitement at the Social Studies Active Citizens Student Community!

A new term presidential election was held with great excitement at the Fırat University Social Studies Active Citizens Student Community. The program, held in the Faculty of Education’s Şehit Canbert Tatar Conference Hall, began with a farewell speech by the community’s outgoing president, Muhammed Selim AKGÜN.

In his speech, AKGÜN expressed his gratitude to all members who supported him during his term of office. In recognition of his valuable contributions to the community, the Academic Advisor of the Community, Res. Asst. Muhammed Kürşat ÖKSÜZOĞLU, presented him with a certificate of appreciation and gifts.

Following the farewell speech, members voted to elect the new president. Muhammed Süleyman TEKİN and Cihan BİLİR ran as candidates. With high participation from members, Muhammed Süleyman TEKİN was elected as the new president of the Social Studies Active Citizens Student Community.

The program concluded with the congratulations exchanged between the candidates after the election process. We congratulate President Muhammed Süleyman TEKİN and Vice President Cihan BİLİR, wishing them success in their new term.
