HAPPY EARTH DAY!

Celebrated every year on April 22nd, Earth Day is commemorated with many events around the world to raise awareness for the protection of our planet. On this special day, we all have great responsibilities to draw attention to environmental problems, to create awareness of nature protection and to leave a more livable world for future generations.

We Celebrate Earth Day as Social Studies Teacher Education

As Social Studies Teachers, we not only transfer knowledge, but also work to raise environmental awareness and raise our students' awareness of being individuals who respect nature. As we celebrate Earth Day with enthusiasm, we approach environmental issues with sensitivity and constantly improve ourselves in this regard.

We believe that environmental awareness should be embedded in education, and we give special attention to sustainability, recycling, protection of natural resources and climate change in our lessons. In this way, we aim for our students to become conscious individuals who are at peace with nature.

Earth is Our Home

Let's not forget that the world is our home and it is our collective responsibility to protect it. Every small step we take today can lay the foundation for the big changes of tomorrow. Let's all be more sensitive to nature, use our resources consciously and join hands for a more livable future.
