Fırat University Department of Social Studies Education participated in the 12th International Symposium on Social Studies Education (USBES).

Last year, Fırat University Faculty of Education, Department of Social Studies hosted the 11th International Symposium on Social Studies Education (USBES). This year, the 12th USBES was hosted by Trakya University.

Our Head of Turkish and Social Sciences Education Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esen Durmuş, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ümmühan Öner, Assoc. Assist. Muhammet Kürşat Öksüzoğlu, Assist. Assist. İrem Elçi Öksüzoğlu and our undergraduate students participated in this important event in order to contribute to scientific production.

During the symposium, many paper presentations, panels and workshops were organised. In addition to scientific sharing, the participants met with a programme enriched with social activities. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Trakya University for hosting the symposium.
